With my good friend Jeffrey and his wife and son, we arrived in New York, the most populous city in America, everything is so alive and active here that one is surprised. New York is wonderful. We stayed at Marriott Hotel, which I think is a unique Marriott Bonvoy hotel complex, the hotel environment is very beautiful, with comfortable rooms with the best and most modern facilities really take away your fatigue. We are going to go to a historical restaurant the Keen's Steakhouse which is a restaurant with a history of 140 years. Albert Keen opened this chophouse in 1885, at that time he was a famous person in the Herald Square theater area, and this is one of the symbolic restaurants of America, it has a unique history. One of the important points of this restaurant is that its roof is full of all kinds of pipes! In fact, Keens Steakhouse has the largest collection of pipes in the world. The story of these nine thousand pipes that are in the restaurant is that back in 1885, those who came here paid a 5$ fee and had special pipe for 5 dollars, but because the model of the pipes are very delicate, they could not travel with them, so they would check in the pipes with a specific number. Many theater artists used to come here in the 40s and 50s to rest after the show. With Ms. Jean Lee and Jeffrey, we started the food tasting with shrimp cocktail, which is the base of every steak house in America, the shrimps are very tasty and fresh, you dip them in a tomato sauce and it was really great. I also tasted anchovies, which was very delicious. Smoked bacon, cabbage and an amazing sauce. The most famous dish here is the MUTTON CHOP, which is a two or three-year-old sheep meat and had a special taste, and we compared it with a young lamb chops, which we all thought was much more tastier.
