Brown rice and millets dosa
Ingredients : 1 cup brown rice,1 cup urad dal,1/4 th cup foxtail millets,1/4 th cup fenugreek seeds
Process:Soak it in fresh water for 4 hours,then grind it well..check the batter consistency and add water gently.Now ad salt to taste.Leave it for 8 hours in warm place.Fermentation is done during this process.Heat the wok and add some oil now pour ladle of dosa batter and drizle some oil at edges.Now turn otherside and roast untl it turns brown.Serve it with coconut chutney.
