Channa dal 1 tsp
Rice 1 tsp
Tuvar dal 1 tsp
Methi seeds 1/2 tsp
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Coconut oil 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Boiled potato 1
Turmeric powder a pinch
Curry leaves a sprig
