@ashrst_3 years ago What kitchen scale do you use? Mine has a hard time measuring soft things like spices. When you say put 2g cumin for example i can have a mountain on the scale and the number doesnt change.

@notdone1234563 years ago I could go for some cookies and creme anabars, also a tip with ginger root use a metal spoon to scrape off the skin, works perfectly, takes basically no time and you cant hurt yourself.
