It's was the best my arm has felt in a few weeks, I also did the light movements and the soft tissue mobilization exercises and just want to say thank you thank you thank you! @joelpalmer3992 months agoI rarely ever leave comments, but I wanted to be to let you know how much I appreciate you for posting this video. I have been looking all over the place for a good complete source of practical exercises and tips for improving my tennis elbow. I wish I found your video first. It is without a doubt one of the best I’ve ever found. You are so thorough, your explanations of f what you want to do and why are so easy to understand, and your put everything I needed to find all in one great video. You also made something that is pretty dry to be interesting. It is super obvious that you not only know what you’re talking about, but you also know how to explain it to lay people. It’s also obvious that you love what you do, and you love helping people who are hurting and looking for relief. Thanks so much for sharing this video and for doing what you do. ...1

@candyrenee343 years agoThank you for your videos Dr. Jo!! I fractured my radial head (elbow) a month ago due to a fall. No cast, a sling if I wanted (opted no), ROM, heat/ice were prescribed. I learned that it can take up to 10 -12 weeks for the fx to heal. The tendons/ligaments were also strained. I purchased the SIMIEN ArmBar & braces as a set. What a game changer! Being diligent with the exercises you prescribe for tennis/golfer’s elbow & the use of this tool has made a huge difference. Not a ‘feel good’ session but slowly feeling the progression. Love that you’re a doggie person too!! 🐾 ...9
