Support me by buying me a coffee ☕ http://www.buymeacoff.ee/jhu3qf4 传统的姜酒鸡 (坐月餐) 材料: 4只 鸡腿(切小块) 130克 木耳 130克 姜丝 3汤匙 麻油 调味: 1½茶匙 盐 1½茶匙 鸡粉 2汤匙 绍兴酒 300毫升 糯米酒 900毫升 水 做法: *坐月子妈妈若不吃咸就不要放盐与鸡粉* 把800毫升水倒入煲里煲。热锅烘干木耳,捞起,待用。烘干姜,倒入麻油,爆香姜,加入鸡和木耳,倒进100毫升水,炒数下就把鸡放入煲里,大火煮滚后转小火煲20分钟。最后倒入糯米酒与绍兴酒,就可享用。 Traditional Ginger and Wine Chicken (Maternity Meal) Ingredients: 4x chicken drumsticks (cut small pieces) 130g fungus 130g ginger (shredded) 3 tablespoon sesame oil Seasonings: 1½ teaspoon salt 1½ teaspoon chicken stock powder 2 tablespoon shao hsing cooking wine 300ml glutinous rice wine 900ml water Methods: *mother under confinement who don't eat salty food, avoid adding salt and chicken stock powder * Put 800ml of water to boil in a pot. Heat up the wok, without oil pan fry the fungus until dry, dish up, set aside. Pan fry the ginger, add in sesame oil, stir-fry the ginger until fragrant, add in chicken, fungus and 100ml water, stir-fry a few times and transfer into the pot, boil with high heat, then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
