Nathalie Stutzmann is the first woman in history to have conducted an opera production at the Chorégies d'Orange: Mefistofele by Arrigo Boito, in July 2018. This feature embarks eight days backstage with her from the rehearsals with the choirs of Nice, Avignon and Monte Carlo, the singers Erwin Schrott, Jean-François Borras, Béatrice Uria-Monzon, Valentine Lemercier, Marie-Ange Todorovitch, Reinaldo Macias and the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, to the premiere on July 5, 2018.
