Anthony Mullally – Veganuary Ambassador

Anthony Mullally is a professional rugby league player for Leeds Rhinos, and has been capped three times for Ireland. Having been vegetarian for a while, Anthony was increasingly concerned about the environmental impact of the egg and dairy industries, and went vegan after watching a video of a talk by vegan activist and public speaker Gary Yourofsky.
