@julzgulz19922 years agoThrowing this out there for anyone with periods of depression, anxiety, or chronic illness: -time batching can be great but dont let it become a what works for me during these times is to: block out large times for self care/recoverywhole afternoons or days. -have a unique appointment calendar and separate calendars for self care, chores, work, etc. This way when i get overwhelmed looking at the full calendar, i can toggle down to just the most essential appointments. -schedule just one or two days at a time. If you cant get to something at the scheduled time because of your health, it feels worse to see your whole week ahead is blocked off already. -practice top 3: make day, week, month top 3 priorities andall but the most important tasks. On a sick day, my top 3 might only be meds, shower, eat but thats what i can meaningfully accomplish that day. ...Expand15
