Milky Way Course 70% OFF! https://bit.ly/33I5JRF (only 19 left!)
Despite going the distance and chasing a better view and clearer skies, Dead Horse Point managed to fight me! All I wanted was a clear night for Milky Way Photography and then the added bonus of a Moon lighting my giant vista foreground but clouds took away all the chances for the moon to light my scene and I got a barely quality image of a Milky Way.
There are aspects that I do like of my final image: the color is interesting, not real but interesting and I love seeing the brighter magnitude stars show up huge through the thin clouds! Seeing Sagittarius constellation next to the core is really easy thanks to the clouds!
But I hate the noisy and ugly foreground that I didn't bother capturing a long exposure for since blending a sky and foreground is not worth it when the sky is already a huge compromise. So I let it be, enjoyed what I could out of it but well...I sound pretty bummed throughout this video!
