Preparation Time :- 10 minutes
Serves:- 2 persons
Ingredients
3 Anjeer ( cut in pieces )
Add ½ cup water
200 ml milk
6 Cardamom Seeds ( flavour )
Recipe Instructions
Take 3 Figs ( Anjeer ) & cut in small pieces
Pour the Anjeer in a Sauce Pan
Add ½ cup water
Boil the Figs ( Anjeer ) in water for 5-6 minutes till anjeer becomes soft
Pour 200 ml milk over the boiled anjeer pan
Keep stirring gently & continuously
Anjeer should become soft in 5-6 minutes
Add 6 Cardamom Seeds to enhance the flavour ( optional )
Once Anjeer is fully mashed & Milk comes to a boil , turn off the gas
Remove in a glass & enjoy 😊
Recipe Notes
1. Anjeer milk in itself is a immunity booster & very healthy so we are not adding anything else to increase the nutrient factor to this recipe
2. Anjeer is already sweet in taste , if you feel the need to increase the sweetness further you can add honey, jaggery powder, Rock sugar crystals or plain sugar as per your taste preference
