Cashew nuts + more for garnish 1 tbsp. Raisins 4 tbsp. Sugar 1 tbsp. Ghee Method:- 1. Heat the ghee in a pan and then add the cashew nuts. Saute for a minute on a low flame. 2. Add sooji and saute until fragrant, for about 3 - 4 minutes on a low flame. 3. Add the milk and mix well. 4. Now, add sugar and mix. 5. Bring the mixture to the boil and then let it simmer for a few minutes until the kheer thickens. 6. Finally, add the cardamom powder and raisins. 7. Stir it all together and remove from heat. 8.
