Provoleta on the Ñuke Delta Grill

I have really become fond of this Argentine delicacy. All you need to make it well, is four necessary ingredients and three helpful ingredients. Necessary ingredients: Thick slices of provolone, flour, oregano, red pepper. Helpful ingredients: patience, practice, experience. I cooked this on my Ñuke (sometimes misspelled as Nuke) Delta Grill.
