You can visit for ideas, not sure who does it in your area. They have floor plans and house styles available and you choose what you want and they have a default setting for each house with colours and styles, ect. But you can adjust and customize as much of it as you want. They then build the house off site and once it's ready they break into pieces and ship it to you and assemble it on your location. It's quick, hands off, and totally customizable. Also very fair priced and most builders have payment plans and warranties. I highly recommend this for you! .....Expand1
