WSDA Checklist and Inspection Tool - WSDA Animal Feed Program Industry Training Part 3 of 9

Ms. Ashlee-Rose Ferguson, RS of the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) Animal Feed Program reviews the goals of the 507 regulation and corresponding documentation including the current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) Inspection Checklist, Marking Guide, and Preventive Controls (PC) Inspection Tool. These tools are in the process of being modified so firms can conduct their own self-inspections. This training was put together by WSDA Animal Feed Program with various speakers from WSDA, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Grain and Feed Association (NGFA) and American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) to increase awareness and understanding of state and federal requirements for animal food. NOTE: We did encounter technical issues with our recording. So we had to go back later and match the slides up with the audio so there is not as much functionality in this than there was during the training.
