Milk Carton Balloon Powered Car

Juan Rodriguez wanted a car made from a milk carton and a balloon. The only milk carton I had was one of these plastic containers but the general principle would apply to any generally rectangular container. The build is in real time, but I used CD wheels that I already had so there is a link in the description on how to make them. Main components - Plastic milk carton/bottle or virtually any sort of light weight rectangular container 4 CD/DVDs 8 bottle tops - have also used thick cardboard to do the same job 2 bbq skewers or any similar fairly thin cane. Pencils will work but are not so good Balloon Plastic tube about the same diameter as the neck of the balloon - experimenting with different sizes may improve performance Main Tools - Scissors I used my Hot Glue Gun to stick the bottle tops to the CDs as it works very quickly but other glues will work or maybe even tape.
