MY STEAMPUNK BORCHARDT TOY: with unique external fire control group

My very first attempt to build a fully functioning but not shooting gun toy from scratch. Materials- rectangular tubing, brass, plumbing fittings, fastener bolt / turned gun breech /bolt etc… I don,t believe there,s a gun which is turned inside out: the unique firing group is like exoskeleton. Tension instead of compression springs. The main springs could have varying preload by moving the front round attachment point forward or backward- hence tune up for ammo of different power. Select fire with a silly selector… It has ugly proportions of the Borchardt, but I find them both extremely attractive like English bulldogs or boxy American cars I DON,T SELL MY CREATIONS, I DON,T HAVE DETAILED PLANS OR TEACH DILETTANTES TO BUILD WEAPONS… I SIMPLY ENJOY THE ART AND AESTHETICS OF MECHANICS AND SHARE THE IDEAS WITH LIKEMINDED INDIVIDUALS WEAPONS ARE JUST MY CANVAS AND CLAY… Thanks for watching
