SAUSAGE CHEESE ROLL | breadcrumbs recipe included | LOCKDOWN RECIPES

In today's video,I put together a snack for my family with some few ingredients I had lying around...some sausages,bread slices,cheese and home made breadcrumbs-I made these breadcrumbs from leftover bread sides...super simple.. So let's see the ingredients and method Heat oil in a pan (1/2 tbsp)fry the sausages well.keep aside cut off the sides of the bread slices..dip the slices in some water ,remove the excess as shown in my video..add some of the fried sausages,a little grated cheese ..seal the edges and form a bread roll as shown in the video..dip it in some breadcrumbs ..make as many as wish to and you can refrigerate them and shallow fry them till golden brown in colour..Enjoy with some tomato ketchup.
