Fish being a staple diet in Maharashtra, Pink Perch/Rani fish is yet another Maharashtrian famous dish . It is best enjoyed with bhakri.
Ingredients :
1. pink perch/raani fish
2. Rava/semolina
3. Homemade masala
4. Turmeric
5. Mish curry masala
6. Ginger Garlic paste
7. Salt
Method:
1. Wash the pink perch (rani maach) add 1 tsp Salt,Ginger and Garlic oaste and 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder and set aside for 1 hr. (Make a fine paste of Ginger and Garlic...)
3. Coat the fish with rava,fish masala,homemade masala
4. In a pan heat 2 Cup of oil,..
5.Let it be really hot and then fry the fish.
6. cook for another 5-7 min.
7. Serve hot with steam rice/Bhakri...
