”三角馏“其实是著名的海南风味小吃。这种以糯米粉、椰丝、姜汁、花生、红白糖制作而成的甜点(听说有咸的),因为是呈三角形关系,故得名“三角馏” 。三角馏的名字源于三角的形状,这三个角,在民间有着代表福、禄、寿的说法。但这个食谱是用沙葛作为馅料。 Traditional kueh in Hainanese we call it ‘三角馏’ San Jiao Liu that represents good fortune, prosperity and longevity. Characteristics: Skin: Made with sweet potatoes to maintain the chewiness and soft texture even after hours. Filling: Sweet with a hint of saltiness. Can use shredded coconut paired with pandan, gula melaka, ginger, orange peel, peanuts and toasted sesame seeds. Here we used Bang Kuang as filling.
