Pomelo Dessert

My favourite Vietnamese Dessert, especially with the crispy pomelo white skin and the process of making it. This dish really trains your patience since you are gonna need to go through plenty of steps, nevertheless just like me, I believe you could go extra miles to have this during hot summer :)
