Nammoura bl achta: 200 g yogurt 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil Vanilla powder Pinch of salt 1 cup fine semolina 1/2 cup shredded coconut 10 g of baking powder Achta: 2 cups of milk 4 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp sugar 1 can of neslte cream Philadelphia cheese Sugar sirup: 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tsp of lemon juice 1 tbsp orange blossom water #dessert #sweet #cake #namoura #نمورة #هريسة #lebanesefood نمورة بالقشطة: 200 جرام زبادي 2 بيض 1/2 كوب سكر 1/2 كوب زيت نباتي مسحوق الفانيلا قليل من الملح 1 كوب سميد ناعم 1/2 كوب جوز هند مبشور 10 غرام من مسحوق الخبز قطة: 2 كوب حليب 4 ملاعق كبيرة نشا ذرة 2 ملعقة كبيرة سكر 1 علبة كريم نسلت جبنة فيلادلفيا شراب السكر: 1 كوب ماء 1/2 كوب سكر 1 ملعقة صغيرة عصير ليمون 1 ملعقة كبيرة ماء زهر Combine yogurt ,sugar, eggs,vanilla, salt and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl and stir together. Add the semolina , coconut and baking powder and keep mixing for 5 minutes. Pour half of the mixture in the pan ( i greased with butter and sprinkle flour above) Bake in for 15 mn or until golden brown ( oven from below) During this time prepare the achta filling: Mix the milk with cornstarch and sugar and stir until it dissolves then put on high heat and keep stirring and before starting to boil add nestle cream and philadelphia cheese,lower the heat and keep stirring until having a creamy and thick achta. Pour it directly over the hot nammoura and wait 5 minutes until the achta become a bit cold, then pour the second half of nammoura on top. Bake it for another 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown ( this time oven heat only from above) . Pour the cold sugar sirup on top directly when it comes out from the oven. Keep it in room temperature for 4 hours then remove it to the fridge.( serve the nammoura cold) #pie
